Our practice

A good appraisal is quiet, careful work.

Burley Appraisals has provided residential real estate appraisals in Manitoba for more than 35 years. We started in the Pembina Valley and today have appraisers in both Winnipeg and Winkler, covering the city, its surrounding communities and towns and rural properties across the south of the province.

Every appraisal begins with an in-person inspection. We measure the home, note its condition and features, and research recent sales that a real buyer in that neighbourhood would consider. The report explains how we reached the value, so lenders, lawyers and homeowners can rely on it.

We appraise detached homes, condominiums, side-by-sides, small multi-unit buildings, acreages and farm residences. Our reports are used for mortgage financing, private sales, estates, separations and tax planning.

How it works

From order to report in four steps

  3. Inspection

An appraiser visits the property, measures it, photographs it and notes its condition and features.

  4. Report delivered

Your signed report goes to you or directly to your lender, typically within 2 business days.
