Our story
Burley Appraisals has appraised homes in Manitoba for more than 35 years. The firm grew out of the Pembina Valley, where local knowledge and personal relationships have always mattered, and expanded to Winnipeg as clients and lenders asked us to cover more of the province. Today, with appraisers in both Winnipeg and Winkler, we serve the city, its surrounding communities and small towns and rural areas across the south.
How we work
Our approach has not changed much in three decades. We inspect every property ourselves, we choose comparable sales that real buyers would consider, and we explain our reasoning in plain language. When a lender or client has a question, we answer it.
That consistency is why our reports are accepted by major banks and credit unions in Manitoba, and why many of our clients come back to us for each new purchase, refinance or estate.
